Wales, or the next place I would like to live in (2).

Here are some pictures of a recent tip to North Wales (a couple of weeks ago!). I had been already to the southern part, Pembrokeshire and Gower peninsula and around. And I liked it lots. So much that I was joking about moving there sometime soon. I don’t know why every time I visit a new place I like, I like to think moving there, this time was no different. My daughter is starting to ask questions.

I booked a Airbnb a few days before actually going. I had thought time ago that we needed to, for completion’s sake, visit the North part of the country. Snowdonia, Llyn peninsula, Anglesey, all these places were on the list. The Airbnb I found was a cosy cottage with 400 years of history, in Penrhyndeudraeth, a name impossible to pronounce for a non native English/Welsh speaker like me.

When planning a road trip like this, I usually look at guides everywhere. This time I tried something different, asking in r/Wales Reddit, hoping to get some local insights not influenced by social media and other stuff. I’m really glad I did. Thanks to the comments from people there I got a grasp of what was interesting to visit and do. Someone even advised me of bringing an umbrella! In a week we had the entire weather forecast, to be honest.

I’ll post more pictures the soonest. Also, do any of these pictures would look cool as a print? 😉
