No creo que haya que despreciarlas. Es más, no está de más saberlas y hacer ejercicios con ellas. Pero entiendo que la frase se refiere a que hay que tenerlas interiorizadas y usarlas intuitivamente.
Si, esas cosas, que a algunos les salen sin querer, y otros tenemos que practicar. Es curioso que muchos fotografos famosos suelen decir que les sale solo, sin ser conscientes de ello. No se si creermelo… ;-)
